Method

A documented, measurable and repeatable process.

01

Survey of the original

Dimensional measurements, mass, compliance, frequency response and impedance of the original component, when still intact or partially recoverable.

02

Reverse engineering

Reconstruction of the geometric model and of the mechanical behaviour. The reference is not the appearance, but the function.

03

Material selection

Modern materials selected for functional equivalence and long-term stability, never for mere visual resemblance.

04

Prototyping

A series of prototypes with controlled variation of one parameter at a time, so that every difference can be attributed.

05

Instrumental validation

Measured comparison with the original plus critical listening. A component is approved only when data and listening agree.

Principles

Technical rigour

Every choice is supported by measurements, experimental data and validation.

Acoustic fidelity

The goal is not to change the sonic character, but to reproduce its behaviour.

Responsible innovation

Modern materials to increase reliability and durability, without altering the function.

Documentation

Every process is written down, traceable and repeatable.
