Data collected
Through the contact form we collect name, email address, the loudspeaker or component concerned and the content of the message. We also record that consent was given, the date and time it was given and the version of this notice.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed solely to answer the enquiry and to assess the reconstruction project technically. The legal basis is the data subject's consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by them.
Processing and recipients
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by providers acting as data processors for storing enquiries and sending notification and confirmation emails. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes and is not used for profiling or automated marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the contact and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a contractual relationship with longer retention obligations arises.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to the processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights simply write to info@vintagevoicelab.com.
Provision of data
Providing the data requested by the form is optional, but necessary in order for your request to be received and assessed. Without the data or the consent we cannot follow up on the contact.
